Return Procedure

1.Initiate Request

    ③Reason for return

    Quality concerns? Attach high-resolution photos for evaluation.

2.Authorization & Guidelines
    Receive a return authorization email with shipping instructions within 24 business hours.

3.Refund Timeline
    Refunds processed to original payment method in 3-5 business days after:

         ①Returned items arrive at our facility.

         ②Items pass quality inspection.

Eligibility Requirements
Timing:Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
Condition:Items must be unworn, undamaged, with original tags/packaging.
Gifts:Must be returned immediately in flawless condition.
